A rhythmic manifesto

Timbatechno is an exploration of rhythm at the meeting point of Afro-Cuban musical structures and electronic sound design.

At its core lies the idea that rhythm is not decoration, but architecture.

Rather than layering stylistic elements from different genres, Timbatechno seeks a deeper integration — where groove, timing, and repetition emerge from shared principles rather than surface features.

The music draws from the logic of clave: a system of tension and release, of forward motion and return. This rhythmic intelligence is not treated as an add-on, but as a structural foundation that shapes how sound unfolds over time.

At the same time, Timbatechno embraces the tools and aesthetics of electronic music — synthesis, texture, precision, and spatial control — to create a sonic environment that is minimal, warm, and immersive.
